Artefacts on Pan

Hello

I hear artefacts (small "trrrrrrrr") when I place lfo on Pan knobs. It can be on the Pan knobs of the tracks (playing an audio file) or in of an instrument (a sampler module for example). I hear them in all modes (defaults waveforms and in the drawing mode).

I just tried on a filter of an Operator and I the moving is not smooth (I hear the "trrrrrr" like a zip).

I use live 8.3 / LFO 2.02a

Thanks for the help.

one more improvement - longer LFO cycles

Hi Julien

While you're at it , I think LFO would really benefit from some longer cycles , like 8. 16, 32 or even 64 bars would be nice , just as long as they don't step ladder as they move ....just a thought , I'm having a lot of fun with this tool!!

[SOLVED] Channel Mute not working?

Hi. I just began using the Uncanny Seq (it's very cool!)
I do however think the Channel Mute toggels don't have any impact.
When toggled (off / grey) it should mute that channels playback, right?

Thank You

sync with the internal metronome of Live

Hello

First, thanks for a very useful tool. I've already managed to make very interesting things with it that would be difficult to achieve with other means.

I apologize if I'm missing something really obvious but it seems I can't sync the Uncanny Seq with the Live metronome. If I open a new set, put the Uncanny Seq on a track and make a sequence, that particular sequence (1/8 is the "rate" or basic unit) seems to run 6 times while the Live metronome plays 4 bars in 4/4. So there seems to be some really weird ratio between the two. They eventually meet of course, every 4 bars, but it makes it difficult to use instruments that are not run by the Uncanny Seq. While this can be interesting in some cases I'd rather like to decide myself on the ratio, if it's 1:1 or something outragous.

Could you explain to me what is going on or if I'm simply doing something wrong?

smooth paramter

Hi Julien,

loving the LFO2! Great that you can have high sync values like 64 bars and I really like the way the "offset" parameter is implementet. You can still "play and twist" the knob while its modulated!

But I noticed a issue in combination with filters or volume. That said, it's of course not our LFO in particular, but a problem a lot LFOs have.

When I modulate the volume or a filter with the LFO I get stepping or zipper noise. It's obvious why, but maybe it would be an idea to add a high resolution mode or a smooth parameter to interpolate the "stair steps" from the modulation signal away? Too bad that we cant have a LFO at sample rate with low CPU consumption. :-)

Best regards

The select function doesn't work, and whe I press track, device, or parameters, it turns blank. Is anyone having the same problem?
