Nothing more simple: go to the product page, and download the new version.
Depending on the software, you'll see all the versions available on the product page.

Minor upgrades are usually totally FREE.
Major upgrade could involve little upgrade costs. In that case, another product is created and ALL owner of the previous version will receive a coupon for the new major one.
